Returns Policy

Warranty period is specified in listing description. Damaged product caused by misuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Warranty shall not apply in respect of goods where the goods have not been installed, maintained, operated or used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions or any other specifications provided with the goods. In most cases buyer need to return the item for a test.

For faulty product, we can offer buyer replacement of the same, or if not in stock, other similar item or a full refund. Buyer is not required to return the item in its original packaging. We will be responsible for postage cost for return and/or postage cost for replacement unit.

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, we may seek reimbursement, at our discretion, for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such cases, you agree that we may hold your goods until such payment is received.

Most items purchased will come with a manufacturer’s warranty, as indicated in the documentation provided with the relevant goods. Should you wish to make any claim under a manufacturer’s warranty, it is strongly recommended that you do so directly to the relevant manufacturer.

Non Faulty On Faulty Product Return:

For non defective item return, postage cost in buyer's order is not refundable. In addition, restocking fee will be charged based on item price.

For order with item price up to $59.95, restocking fee is 20%.

For order with item price above $60, the following break down applies;

If item is in as new condition and product packaging seal is intact, restocking fee is 10%.

If product packaging seal is broken, restocking fee is 15%.

If product packaging is torn and damage, and/or item has obvious mild hand handled mark, restocking fee is 20%.

In our discretion, we can reduce or waive the amount of restocking fee on case-by-case basis.

All non faulty returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition.

Buyer is required to return the non defective item in its original packaging (if any) and buyer pays for postage return. Item(s) returned by post is buyer's responsibility until they reach us, therefore please make sure they are securely package and with tracking number.
